Jean Barber

Jean Bartell Barber, granddaughter of the company’s founder, George H. Bartell, Sr., serves as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of Bartell Drugs. Over her tenure at Bartells, Jean has led finance, risk management, real estate and strategy. Prior to joining Bartell Drugs in 1993, Jean spent over seven years as a corporate bank officer.  Jean holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Jean sits on the boards of Bartell Drugs, Henbart LLC and Urban Hardwoods LLC and the YWCA.  She is a member of University Presbyterian Church.
